Who we are
Astris Productions (“Astris”, “we”) is an independent studio that makes games on Roblox. This policy covers this website, astrisproductions.com. Our games run on Roblox and are also covered by the Roblox Privacy Policy. For anything about your data, write to astrisproductions@gmail.com.
What we collect
We only collect what the site needs to work:
- Account details — if you create an account: your email address, the display name you choose, and your password (stored only as a secure hash by our authentication provider; we never see it).
- Contact messages — if you use the contact form: your name, email, the topic you pick, and your message.
- Technical data — your IP address is used briefly to limit abuse of the sign-up, sign-in, and contact forms, and our hosting provider keeps standard server logs for security and reliability.
We don't use analytics, advertising trackers, or tracking pixels, and we don't sell or rent personal data.
How we use it
- To create and run your account and keep you signed in.
- To read and reply to messages you send us.
- To protect the site from spam, bots, and abuse.
Legal bases
Where laws like Brazil's LGPD or the EU GDPR apply, we process account data to provide the service you asked for, contact messages to answer you, and technical data under our legitimate interest in keeping the site secure. You can withdraw from any of these by deleting your account or asking us to remove your messages.
Service providers
We rely on a few providers who process data on our behalf:
- Supabase — database and sign-in. Data is stored in the European Union (Stockholm, Sweden).
- Vercel — website hosting. Pages are delivered from a global network; server code runs in Stockholm, Sweden.
- Cloudflare Turnstile — checks that forms are sent by people, not bots, using technical signals from your browser.
- Resend — delivers account emails, such as the link that confirms your address when you sign up.
Our team works from outside the EU, so data may be accessed from other countries; we only share it with the providers above and only as needed to run the site, or when the law requires it.
Links to other services
The site links to Discord, Roblox, X, YouTube, and TikTok. When you follow those links, the other service's own privacy policy applies.
How long we keep data
- Account data: until you delete your account or ask us to.
- Contact messages: as long as needed to handle your request, then deleted.
- Abuse-prevention records: short-lived and cleared automatically.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, or object to how we use it. You can change your display name any time on your account page; for anything else — including deleting your account — email astrisproductions@gmail.com from the address on your account. We'll answer within the time limits set by applicable law.
If you're not satisfied with our answer, you can contact your local data protection authority (in Brazil, the ANPD).
Children
Many Roblox players are young. If you're under 13, please ask a parent or guardian before creating an account or sending us a message. If you believe a child has given us personal data without permission, contact us and we'll delete it.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle data, we'll update this page and the date at the top. Significant changes will also be announced on our Discord.
